Jupiter’s premier gated community
Quietly nestled next to the Bear’s Club and abutting Trump National Golf Club, East of Alternate A1A and between Donald Ross Road and Frederick Small Boulevard, sits Eagle Tree Jupiter. The Community has an abundance of wildlife as it is surrounded by nature preserves. In fact, the name Eagle Tree Jupiter was chosen given that American Eagles nested in the preserves surrounding the community. It is a common place to see the eagles while playing a round of golf, or when taking a casual stroll along the community walkways.
This ultra-private community consists of 82 homes built around a Signature Jack Nicholas golf course. Originally built by the Ritz-Carlton Development Corporation and managed from 2002 through 2014, the homes were built to exacting standards. These homes have been maintained by caring homeowners supported by a private team of Residential Coordinators and Engineers who work exclusively for the Property Owners’ Association, known as Eagle Tree Property Owners’ Association. For many of our homeowners, this tranquil, extremely private cluster of homes, is a winter getaway where every amenity is provided and all levels of support exist to provide us with maintenance, appointments with service companies and an ongoing watchful eye on our homes whether in residence or away. Traffic is limited and all vehicles are monitored while on the property to provide for the highest level of security. Furthermore, the Community is protected by a state-of-the-art perimeter security system.

Eagle Tree Jupiter shares a street entrance with the Bear’s Club and Trump National Golf Club on Donald Ross Road. In addition to a 24/7 attended front gated entrance, two of the three residential streets are further set back by additional gates. Security is a hallmark of Eagle Tree. Cameras on the streets and entrances to gated streets are monitored 24/7 by professionally trained Security Officers. Ground patrols are a routine aspect of the sense of calm and strength this community boasts.

There are 17 villas, two to four bedroom homes ranging in size from 2,100 square feet to 2,950 square feet. Each is on a dedicated lot of a minimum of 10,000 square feet and each Villa has fabulous views of the 9th or 12th fairways.
THE RESIDENCES
There are 34 unique homes on Red Hawk Drive. Each differs in ͚add-ons͛ and other building features. Predominantly 4 and 5 bedroom homes with the Master Bedroom on the first floor, large pool areas, expansive patios with cabanas are just some of the features of these fabulous homes. Sizes range from 3600 square feet to 4500 square feet.
